POSITION OVERVIEW:

Lakes Partnership School serves individuals in elementary through middle school with high levels of behavioral needs. Employees will need to be comfortable working with these individuals, and will be required to physically intervene when necessary, and attend school field trips. Many individuals communicate through challenging behaviors such as: spitting, biting, hair pulling, hitting/kicking, running/elopement or verbal aggression. Through the training that PLAEA/LPS provide, we equip our team members with the tools to offer quality interventions to meet and support the individual’s challenging behaviors.
